This cultural building will be located in the northern part of Norway, 300 km north of the Arctic Circle, one of the best locations to observe these mammals.<\/p>\n<p>This project aims to increasingly know these animals and, at the same time, to protect sea life.\u00a0 Having a stone covered roof, the huge tail blends with the rocky landscape whereas its curved shape seems to move along the cost where it will be built. Inside, exhibition areas, offices, a coffee shop and a shop will be connected to the surroundings by means of huge glass walls.
